Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

The firm does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Effective and last updated: August 2, 2026

The Law Office of Tom De Kesel, LLC does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising.

1. The Firm’s Practices

The firm does not exchange personal information for money or other valuable consideration. It does not disclose personal information to advertising networks or data brokers for behavioral advertising. It does not use personal information to profile a person in furtherance of a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

The firm does not sell sensitive personal data. Sensitive personal data may include immigration or citizenship status, precise geolocation, certain health information, and specified identifiers under applicable law.

2. Service Providers Are Not a Sale

The firm may provide limited information to vendors that perform services on its behalf, such as website hosting, security, scheduling, communications, document systems, and professional support. Those operational disclosures are made to provide a requested service or support firm operations; they are not made for targeted advertising or data-broker activity.

3. Submit a Privacy Request

Because the firm does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is no advertising sale to opt out of. You may still submit a request asking the firm to confirm and record your preference.

Email info@dekesellaw.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share Request,” or call (806) 502-8799. Please include your name, a way to contact you, your state of residence, and enough information to identify any records reasonably associated with you. Do not email sensitive immigration documents or government identification numbers.

We may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority. Where applicable law sets a response period, the firm will respond within that period. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, an authenticated request generally receives a response without undue delay and within 45 days, subject to permitted extensions.

4. Browser-Based Signals

Where legally required and technically applicable, the firm will treat a recognized universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out. Because this website does not run targeted advertising or sell personal information, receiving such a signal does not change advertising behavior on the site.

5. Other Privacy Rights

Other rights, which may include access, correction, deletion, portability, and appeal, are described in the Privacy Policy. The firm does not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
