The Amarillo office is maintained for U.S. immigration and nationality matters and other matters for which representation is authorized by federal law or applicable tribunal rules; it does not hold him out as admitted to practice Texas law.

Federal regulations permit an attorney who is a member in good standing of the highest court of a U.S. state, territory, possession, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia—and who is not subject to a restricting disciplinary order—to represent qualifying parties before federal immigration tribunals, subject to registration and other agency requirements.
